Weight Loss!!!

So it’s pretty embarrassing/empowering all at the same time to post these! But I am so proud of how far I’ve come and sometimes you just gotta put yourself out there! I’ve lost over 35 pounds so far and hope to loose another 30!

Sorry the after is poor quality, but I just hope this is SO encouraging for anyone on a weight loss journey! This is my progress from May until now (august)!! I never thought I could loose the weight, but IT IS POSSIBLE!

And when I’m feeling down or just need some encouragement it’s so helpful to look at these! So take a ton of pictures when you’re first starting out and all through the process!

The Ultimate Reset

So I’ve been doing a cleanse/detox program called The Ultimate Reset. It’s been really amazing! You drink A TON of water and eat all sorts of healthy foods like raw nuts, beans, veggies, fruits, quinoa and tempeh! It’s a great way to help jump start not only your weight loss, but also an overall healthier lifestyle. I can really tell that my stomach is shrinking, I’ve been sleeping better and have better focus.

However, I’m on day 13 and the past couple days I’ve been ready to cheat. I think most people feel that on days 2-4, but it’s always in the middle for me. I don’t want to totally quit, just have some ice cream or a margarita, or both. I worked out with my trainer today and she really encouraged me to push through those cravings because at the end I will be so happy with the results and be happy I stuck with it!

So whether you’re in the very beginning, middle or closing in on your goals.. KEEP GOING! Know how much you’re respecting and loving your body by making healthy choices. It WILL be worth every good choice you make! (saying this to myself too.)
